Become a Pranamama

This is where the journey of motherhood meets the ancient wisdom of yoga. Embrace a unique experience tailored for the magical stages of pregnancy and the transformative postnatal period. Our prenatal and postnatal yoga sessions offer more than just movement; they provide a sanctuary for strengthening the body, calming the mind, and connecting with your baby in a profound way.

  • First Trimester

Introducing yoga into your first trimester lays a strong foundation for the ground, the breath, and the spine. A regular practice can show improvements in sleep and/or reduce anxiety and stress.

  • Second Trimester

Continuing a prenatal practice in the second trimester invites more space for breath and creates a deeper intimate connection with your baby. We place emphasis on postural alignment which helps lower back pain and other physical discomforts that come with this stage in pregnancy.

  • Third Trimester

Your prenatal yoga practice has prepared your body by increasing the strength, mobility, and endurance of muscles needed during childbirth. Every asana and breath maternally nurtured, so you can transition into motherhood with ease.

Pranamama Packages

All mats and props are provided for your session. If you are feeling that one hour of yoga is not enough for you, you have the option to add on other supportive measures. We can integrate meditation or pranayama (breathwork) into your flow. During your initial consultation, we will work with you to figure out the level of support you desire.
