After filling out a form, you will be contacted for a consultation to discuss what kind of experience you are looking for. We will personalize a yoga flow or workshop to fit your needs whether it is a private or group session. We consider all levels of experience and make modifications if needed.
You will receive a confirmation email the day before your scheduled session.
A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your spot. Please plan accordingly. Credit will be given towards a future session in the event of a cancellation.
